Congregational Meeting July
Harrisburg Christian Church July 12, 2026
(Congregational Meeting)
Sharon prayed to open.
Treasurer’s Report (Katie reviewed HCC Financials)
Questions were asked about the reason for the tithe peak in October and the use of contingency money in the category of staff salaries. Katie explained that Karen’s presentation to the seniors about the tax benefit of utilizing qualified contributions was likely the reason for the peak in October and that an unexpected increase in staff healthcare premium cost was the reason for the use of contingency to add to the category of staff salaries.
